So I made two lists with the names of all entries of my blog candy, the people who didn't specify Charlotte, Elzybells or both I entered in both, and I ended up with a list of 28 names for Charlotte and 20 for Elzybells. I ran those numbers through random.org and they came back with number 19 for Charlotte and number 2 for Elzybells and those people are:
