I was contacted a while back by Suzette, the owner of
Crafty Sentiment Designs, with an invitation to be one of her guest designers for an upcoming release. Though I normally have to say no very often to invites like this I had been tempted to try one of the Crafty Sentiment Designs images before since I had already seen some gorgeous samples with them by blogging buddies. So since I still had plenty of time before the new release I decided to join in.
I'd like you to meet a new character from Crafty Sentiment Designs, this gorgeous lady is named Isobel and this particular stamp/digi is called "Off to the Ball", she will be in the
Crafty Sentiments store with 9 other images from the 22nd of August. I decided pretty early that I wanted this pretty lady to be a red head and when I decided that I wanted to use this pretty design paper that I bought at a craft fair last year (I've cut off the strip with details so can't tell you what line it is) the rest of the materials followed from that. The pretty
Lace Doily Corner 1 die and the
Lace Doily Border 1 die behind the strip of paper are both Whimsy Stamps. I've used two Spellbinder Peony die cuts behind the image and cut wholes into one side of the new shape created and tied different kinds of ribbon from stash through that. The gorgeous products by Wild Orchid Craft are:

A close up of pretty Isobel, as always colored with Copic Markers and completely 3D paper pieced. The colors that I used are:

Hair: E39, E08, YR27, YR16
Aqua color: BG18, BG15, BG53, BG11, BG70
Brown accents: E57, E55, E53, E51, E50
