Today I have a special project to show you! I have mentioned it on my blog before, a couple of months ago I became a teammember of a Dutch club named "Kaarten maken met Tiets". It's a place where crafters "virtualy" come together to share pictures of projects and every month there is one or more competition for the members of the club. One of the competitions that keeps coming back is a digi contest. "We" (normally Tiets) ask a designer if she wants to make a digi especially for the club. We have a contest around that digi and for a couple of weeks that digi is only available for members of the club. We have had some great designers in the past but this time we have my favorite designer... Sylvia Zet! Sylvia is not only a fabulous designer but also one of the loveliest people I've gotton to know in this crafting community and she was kind enough to draw us an absolutely adorable little girl named Amy (which also happens to be the name of my youngest daughter :) ). Here is the project I did with her:
And finally a picture of the opened project. It's a note holder. I attached one of my businesscards on the inside and the pretty little stamp is a freebie I received with one of my stamps from Whimsy Stamps... love those for things like this!!

Oh my word, Mariska, this is stunning! Your colouring and paper piecing is to die for! Love how you make 'different' projects, not just cards - thanks for being the inspiration to have a go at 3D paper piecing, even if it makes my head hurt!! Lisa x

Loving all the dimension....looks like a lot of work, but well worth it because the end result is SPECTACULAR!!!!! I may have to try this....when I have a little more time!!! Thanks for the inspiration.

Prachtig! Wat een leuke stempel is dat zeg!! Ik kan bijna niet wachten tot dat ie uitgebracht wordt.... ik wordt altijd zo hebberig van nieuwe stempels en mallen *big smile*, bijna te hebberig (kan dat?)

Echt weer een schitterend gemaakte creatie. Ik kreeg bij mijn stempels laatst ook van die grappige kleine stempeltjes, leuk idee hoe je het bloemetje hebt gebruikt op de memoblaadjes. Ben ik blij dat ik lid ben van de club van Tiets, kan ik nu al genieten van deze prachtige nieuwe stempel.
