Today I have a project to show you that I created a few weeks back for my mother in law, Elly's birthday. Both she and my father in law love to work in the garden and my mother in law is also very good at flower arranging so I decided to give her a gift card for a garden center (Intratuin Janneke if you read this). When I saw the May release from All That Scraps I knew this cute Garden girl Tilly stamp from Sweet November would be just perfect for this holder.Scrap&More on Angelique van Nuland's blog. It's a Life in the Country paper pad from Maja Design. The flowers are sweetheart blossoms by Wild Orchid Crafts combined with lace, pearls and rhinestones from stash. Everything's been handstitched again and don't worry Dangina (I thought it was you who asked me) I'll do a tutorial on how I handstich everything one of these days.
Tilly, as always colored with Copic Markers and 3D paper pieced.
HERE. The only difference is I used a nestability to make the slot the card goes into and I think mine is a bit bigger. For the dutch girls, no this isn't the Intratuin card in the holder, it's my daughters library card but I didn't have the Intratuin card yet when I took the pictures :).
Hope you like my little gift card holder. It's also up on the All That Scraps blog today so if you want to leave a little love there or here I'd love to read your comments!!
