I have SO been looking forward to this day! A few months ago Beate Johns, my lovely former colleague at Whimsy Stamps approached me with the question if I wanted to do a tutorial on "my" 3D paper piecing for Splitcoast Stampers. Now I'm not that much into clubs and groups but I LOVE Splitcoast Stampers. I have my own gallery there, it's one of the first places I go to when I need inspiration, I especially love their Tutorial section and I have been a fan club member for some time now. So to have one of my tutorials to be on their site is just SO fantastic!
I have done both a picture and a video tutorial and used one of Wee Stamps' Naughty Puppies to create it. The puppies are of course both available as digital images and as rubber stamps.
HERE. And PLEASE let me know what you think of my tutorial! I'll just leave you with the recipe of my card.
Stamp and sentiment: (part of) Naughty Puppies by Wee Stamps (digital images / stamps)
Design Paper: Basic Grey Max & Whiskers Paper Pad (dank je wel Diaantje!!)
Cardstock: Black and Red from Bazzill
Other: Mini Lace Doily Corner 1 Die by Whimsy Stamps, Seed Packet Die (for the pretty top of the label), FWAB Latte Adhesive Pearls, buttons and string from stash.
Used for 3D paper piecing: Olba Glue and syringes available in the USA from Whimsy Stamps (the syringes are out of stock but are on their way and will be back in store soon) and in The Netherlands directly from Olba.
I really really hope you will like my new tutorial! Have a great day everybody!
