Sketch Saturday sketch 27!!

A very good morning to you all!! It's Sketch Saturday again and I'm in again :). I had some starting up issues but Jo's great sketch for this week helped me out:

I found it very good to work with and after my coloured Tilda was finally ready (I never know how people can make four cards in one night, it takes me just the one night to colour my picture) I had the card ready in no time at all. It's a birtday card for my best friend in the whole world Diana. I got this Magnolia stamp from her for my birthday along with a whole bunch of others (how lucky am I!!) and so I had to make a card for her birthday using this stamp. Her birthday isn't until the 13th of December but she isn't into the whole cardmaking thing nor into the internet so the chance that she finds this card before her birthday is neglectable.

The sentiment reads 'Fijne Verjaardag' which means 'Happy Birthday' in Dutch. The image is of course a lovely Tilda by Magnolia and she was coloured using my Derwent Watercolour Pencils and my Copic Markers. I have added a bit of sprakle using a sakura pen and golden stickles. The papers are by Chatterbox from a very old line which I have loved so much from the moment I bought them that I have never wanted to cut them into pieces, but what better occassion then your best friends birthday. The image has black foam underneath but that doesn't show on the pictures unfortunatelly. I hope you like the card, I made it with my best friend in mind since she isn't a girly girl, so no pink.
