Card with PCS Billy in rain gear

Yes it's me again :). I'm very glad to say that I am so inspired again! I still don't have a lot of time but I had this idea in my head and I just had to try it. I just loved how my Lily in rain gear card in the previous post turned out and I really wanted to try my hand on a similar card with Billy in rain gear. I had this plan in my had that he could be keeping somebody else dry from the rain with his umbrella and I had this cloud in my head.... and here is how that turned out on paper :) :I sketched the cloud, cut it out and gave him Billy's face like I did with the sun in my Lily in rain gear card. The little doggy Billy is keeping dry from the rain is from the rubber Lily and Billy accessories plate. The "oh so thankful" sentiment I used on the card is from the The Greeting Farm spotlight kit. I hope it makes sense to everybody that I used a thank you sentiment... I figured Billy was helping out the little doggy so a thank you sentiment would be perfect.
